Let us serenade you on the towpath from a wee floating stage on a beautifully restored canal boat. Part of Towpath Productions’ Moving Music series, bringing live music back to Oxford in covid-sensible ways.
The boat will launch on the Oxford Canal, near Makespace Oxford and north of Aristotle Lane/Bridge 240, at 3 pm. This is the bit of canal just east of Port Meadow. We will head towards town, ever so slowly, and pass through the Isis Lock (note this is NOWHERE NEAR the Isis pub). Then we will reverse and head back north.
Timings are approximate. There are no tickets or seating areas. Stay out of sneezing distance of those who are not in your bubble. Take a picnic, feed some ducklings, or just have a relaxing stroll.
